TESTIMONIES

I am beyond grateful for my time in our journey group, and believe it has been a divine appointment from the Lord.I learned the importance of honesty with myself and God, and the discipline of sitting quietly before the Lord to examine my heart. I learned that it’s not selfish to be diligent to keep my soul; in fact it’s critical and must be a priority in my life. It was so helpful to put in the dedicated effort to examine my past, and to invite the Lord to renew my mind. I was able to identify arrows that have continued to seep poison after years of believing lies, and have sought the Lord to renew and transform my mind by replanting the truth in His Word.
I am so grateful for freedom from a couple of strongholds that were a heavy yoke, & I’m so thankful to establish ways to combat future enemy attempts to bring me down with these strongholds. After many years of only concentrating on the well-being of my family, my eyes have been opened as to why it’s so important to diligently keep my own soul so that I can pour out my life to others in a healthy way. The Lord knew this was the time for me to learn these lessons at a critical transition in our lives, and He has been so faithful to walk with me through this journey group – it’s only the beginning!

The Life Journey experience equipped me to respond to hurtful memories and moments in my life that perhaps have had more lasting impact than I thought. Through the spiritual direction, I learned several spiritual disciplines that can help refocus me even in life’s busyness, and I learned more about taking thoughts captive so that my mind doesn’t run away with lies that shade my perception. Completing this 10-week experience is just a start; I hope to continue using what I’ve learned to grow in my faith and understanding and believing the truths of God. EA, Educator
I want to express my gratitude for our coaching journey and for helping me shape a new mindset. I came in with a set of expectations—about myself, about relationships, I can honestly say I’ve evolved —not just in how I view relationships, but in how I see myself. I began the journey with a mindset of wanting to receive love, validation, and connection. But through our work together, I found myself growing into someone who also wants to give, to co-create, and to show up with emotional responsibility and maturity.
